The Support Division provide services under either a Service Level Agreement, or via a Support Pack. They are primarily responsible for management of help desk support operations including MySource Matrix maintenance, site debugging, software upgrades and upgrade testing.
Squiz’s standard Help Desk Support services are available during business hours, 8:30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays). 24x7 support is also available under our higher level service level agreements.
