Squiz Packages

Squiz Packages - Implementation
Squiz understands that CMS implementations come in different sizes and have differing requirements, functional and procedural expectations. From the knowledge gained during hundreds of implementations, Squiz has developed several implementation packages, which have over the years enabled us to minimise risk and satisfy client expectations. Squiz can help you determine the appropriate package for your needs based on the scale and comprehensiveness of the functionality and ongoing support required.

Outlined below are the packages that we offer - please contact Squiz for more details and pricing.

Implementation Packages

Squiz Implementation Packages allow you to employ Squiz's services to get your website up and running. The packages have been put together because although implementations share the same basic steps, each individual project has different levels of requirement – most often related to the size of the implementation.

Each package offers an increased level and type of services provided to match the growing complexity of the projects. For example our most basic package includes only 6 days of training, whilst our top of the range package includes 50 days of training.

Hosting Packages

Squiz offer a range of hardware and hosting plans to suit clients who do not want the complexity and expense associated with managing and maintaining mission critical server infrastructure.

We use proven name brand hardware (in various configurations) and offer hosting plans that range from low volume to extreme volume. If these plans do not suit your organisation, Squiz can create a tailored package to meet your requirements.

You can either pay upfront (outright purchase) or monthly over a period of 12, 24 or 36 months (on contract).

Support

Service Level Agreement

Once your site has gone live, you may require Squiz to support your system. We do this via a Service Level Agreement, which is a formal agreement between Squiz and a client that is tailored to meet your particular needs, expectations and requirements for the support of your MySource Matrix system.

Support Packs

Support Packs are discounted, pre-paid bundles of Squiz time which you can use at any stage of your project - you may use them to purchase additional services on top of those provided as part of your implementation package during the implementation of your website, or to purchase additional services after your site has gone live, or to extend a basic SLA with help desk services.

Support Packs not only save you money, they also protect you from future price increases by locking in discounted rates for up two years (from invoice date).
