Our team of implementation experts are experienced in all aspects of web development and implementing websites using MySource Matrix, including project management.
We deliver projects using a project management methodology that ensures the delivery of low-risk solutions to clients, and involves providing services in each of three phases:
- The Pre-Implementation phase is a planning phase designed to make sure all parties share the same expectations and to map out a strategy for achieving this goal.
- Once all planning activities are complete we proceed to the Implementation phase. Squiz will divide the work for your projects into five concurrent streams: Project management, Design, Implementation, Hosting, and Training.
- MySource Matrix is a content management system and gives you the tools to manage your own content and system into the future. The final Post-Implementation phase is designed to ensure you have the appropriate skills and support to manage and maintain your system going forward.
